Robert G. Hedlund - Co-Founder and Partner

Mr. Robert G. Hedlund III is a Co-Founder and Partner at River Birch Capital, LLC. Previously, he was Managing Director at Lehman Brothers where he worked for over 18 years. He served on the Transaction Approval Committees for high yield bonds, leveraged loans, bridge loans and certain of Lehman's principal investment activities. Mr. Hedlund also held the positions of Head of High Yield Bond and Leveraged Loan Capital Markets and Head of High Yield Capital Markets. He ... was in Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group from 1986 to 1990. He has studied at Princeton where he was a member of the Lightweight Varsity Crew team, achieving All-Ivy League First Team honors in 1985 and 1986 and acting as co-captain of the 1986 NCAA National Championship winning varsity eight. Mr. Hedlund received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1986 and his M.B.A. from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School in 1992, where he was an Amos Tuck Scholar with highest distinction.

Jim Ballentine - Co-Founder and Partner

Mr. Jim Ballentine is a Co-Founder and Partner at River Birch Capital, LLC. He served as Chief Executive of Australian business of Lehman Brothers Inc. since December, 2007. Mr. Ballentine served as head of risk strategy for the fixed income division and has also headed the global structured credit business of Lehman Brothers Inc. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where he worked in various roles for 20 years, primarily in fixed income related businesses. He began his tenure at Lehman Brothers in 1986. Mr. Ballentine graduated with a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Bart McDade - Partner

Mr. Bart McDade is a Partner at River Birch Capital, LLC. Previously, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Capital, a position he took in June 2008 after being Head of the Global Equities Division. Prior to this, Mr. McDade was the sole Head of the Global Fixed Income Division from 2002 to 2005 and was a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He was the Co-Head of Fixed Income from 2000 to 2002. He joined Lehman Brothers in 1983 in corporate bond trading and ran the firm's Global Credit business from 1993 until 2000. Mr. McDade holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Christine Daley is a Partner at River Birch Capital, LLC. Ms. Daley serves as a Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors L.P. She focuses on opportunities in the stressed and distressed credit markets. Ms. Daley served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc, where she co-managed the distressed debt and special situations proprietary desk. She served as Head of distressed debt research and served as Co-Head of high yield research. Ms. Daley joined Bear Stearns as a Senior Analyst in the high yield and bankruptcy department and served there until 1993. From 1993 to 1995, Ms. Daley served as Senior Vice President of distressed at Lehman Brothers. She rejoined The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC in 1995 and served as Co-Head of Distressed Research until 1997. She served as a Portfolio Manager for an internal credit hedge fund at UBS AG.
